  2. If they were glued on correctly, I would think they would be fine for a decade. That said, there is one way to do it correctly, and a hundred ways to screw it up. A little wiggle during preflight could save you thousands of dollars.

  4. That NATO connector is designed to be plugged in “hot”. The larger positive and negative pins make good contact before the smaller pin energizes the relay connecting the juice to your airplane.
