  1. This Airpath compass was removed from my 1983 Mooney. It is in very nice condition with NO leaks. The seal appears in very good condition. This model is lighted 14v. Working when removed. Includes the mounting bracket as well. Please add $10 s&h.
  2. I just measured the vertical length which is what you would be concerned with (not diagonal tip to base) and the length is 13.25 inches from the bottom of the mount to the lowest point of the Antenna. The tip to base diagonal measurement is 17 inches but it is angled back so the 13.25 should be what you would need.
  3. Removed from my airplane for upgrade. Previous owner installed it and I never had a chance to use it so I’m not sure of all it’s features but what I can gather it’s a Levil AHRS unit with a separate device to pick up dual band 1090 and 978 ADS-B traffic and weather and a GPS antenna to affix to the interior side. It also has WIFI to wirelessly transmit this data to your iPad or device. Appears nice. Also includes many extension cables to be able to mount anywhere in your aircraft. FREE SHIPPING! $250 OR MAKE ME AN OFFER AS I AM MOTIVATED TO SELL THIS! Similar ones sold on eBay for $1,300
  4. Nice PS Engineering 2000 stereo 4 place Intercom. Removed in working condition and includes wiring harness. Please add $8 for s&h.
  5. Removed in working condition. This one is in very nice condition. Please add $20 for s&h.

  7. Panel upgrade is the reason I am selling this. Working normally when removed. KMA 24 Audio Panel. Includes Tray. Please add $15 s&h
  8. This KT76A transponder worked intermittently when removed from my plane. A good unit for parts. Please add $15 s&h
  9. Excellent condition removed from my panel in working condition. This GPS Annunciation Control Unit by Mid-Continent MD41-524 was paired with my KLN-94 (also for sale) and only removed due to a panel upgrade. This unit will work with multiple different GPSs. Sold as is. Please add $10 s&h.
  10. Price reduction to $450 with free shipping
  11. This came with my airplane and I’ve never used it before. USB on one end and card input on the other. Used to update the database card on a KLN 89 or 94 GPS. Please add $5 for s&h.
  12. Panel upgrade is reason I’m selling. This KLN 94 unit is in excellent condition with absolutely no imperfections on the screen. Includes Tray, Antenna, Pilot Guide, database card, and also 2 reference handbooks! $1,499 plus $25 s&h.
  13. Let the market determine what the value of a product is. If someone buys a Stratus for $800 then that is the current market value. If no one buys it and then I drop the price to $500 and someone buys it, then it'll let me know that the current value is $500. Personally I feel that $599 is still a very fair price for this device. It has been cared for very anally like all my devices and toys are, so whoever gets it will get a very nice unit. If you don't have an offer or something constructive to say, please refrain from commenting, just as in everyday conversation. It just makes life more tolerable.
  14. The Stratus 3 does not have CO detection.
  15. At $599, this is still cheaper than a brand new Stratus 3 which is currently advertised for $699 and a list price of $899 and essentially does the exact same thing. Only features this does not have that the 3 does is Auto shut off and the ability to pair with other apps instead of just ForeFlight.
  16. How would you go about changing the 28v light to 14v? Do you know about how many hours are on the unit?
  17. How do you know what degree tilt your panel is?
  18. Selling my Stratus 2S due to a panel upgrade and no longer needing the portable. It is in excellent condition and looks new! It includes everything that it came with new including the case. $425 and free shipping dafatell@netzero.net
  19. If that tube is the speed brake drain tube, sounds like maybe when fuel went on the wing maybe the fuel went down the speed brake area and is now coming out down near that tube. Doesn't look like its coming out of the tube rather around the seal area that the tube comes out of the wing. A lot of fuel must have went down that speed brake and now on the inner part of the wing possibly
  20. I'm having some new avionics put in next week (Lynx, PMA450, and G5) and would like your input regarding the wiring. The avionics shop states that they typically reuse the existing coax and antennas unless they are in bad shape. Is this common practice? Or should I be getting all new wiring for these new avionics and audio panel? Also will be installing a GNC255 soon and they say the same thing about that wiring as well. My thought is that I don't want to have all this new stuff put in and then have issues down the road with the old wiring and have to take the interior back out, however, I don't know how much labor intensive it is to install all new coax with the avionics installation.
  21. Well that makes me feel a lot better. Thanks for the good info and pictures.
