rickseeman Posted February 24, 2023 Report Posted February 24, 2023 As you know Ovations are nose heavy. So my W&B is always around the forward CG. I was thinking about the MT prop. It sure would take a lot of weight off the nose, in the perfect spot. I've never made a prop change this drastic. Would the installer use my present W&B and calculate a new one? I'm sure he isn't set up to do a new W&B, altho I would like to have this done sometime soon. (I want to get rid of some old avionics first.) Thanks
Marc_B Posted February 24, 2023 Report Posted February 24, 2023 Your installer should be able to do a subtraction/addition for a weight and balance worksheet. Here's the numbers from my MT prop install for M20K Encore.

rickseeman Posted February 24, 2023 Author Report Posted February 24, 2023 Thank you. I've never done a prop change so drastic.
