2659AU Posted November 11 Report Posted November 11 I am a little confused by AD/GAS/1 Amdt 12 How often does the oxygen tank is a Mooney Acclaim need to be hydro tested - every 3 years or every 5 years? any feedback appreciated.
Scott Ashton Posted November 11 Report Posted November 11 A 3HT cylinder is tested every three years with a 24 year life and a 3AA cylinder is five years with an unlimited life. Kevlar wrapped cylinders are a five year hydro interval with a 15 year life limit. Life limits are taken from the DOM, not the date of install…. Scott 1
