Who has gone from IO-360-A1A to A3B6

Who all has gone from there trusty A1A to an A3B6 series? Going on an 68 F.

I bought a low time J engine ( A3B6 ) and Cowling setup. My A1A was dormant for years and it’s a candidate for Overhaul anyway. Lasar sells the STC to swap over to the Counter-Weighted but reaching out to anyone that actually has done this. I’m going to try and use the 201 ( J ) cowl as well.

My F has the 201 with the A3B6. Previous owner did it. I’m at KJYO if you’re close enough. Happy to answer any questions.

My 69 M20E also had A1A once upon a time.  Previous owner changed to a A3B6 a while back.  What do you want to know?

To the two previous posters that have the A3B6 installed. What prop are you running, which cowl and overall opinion? I’m thinking about selling the Firewall Forward package I bought last spring..

I can't offer opinion since I never flown A1A in a Mooney.  

I'm running Mccauley Propeller and here is the info.  

Hub Model: B2D34C214

Blade Design: 90DHB-16E

Cowl is stock with mod to cover the lower half.
