Txbyker Posted October 29, 2016 Report Posted October 29, 2016 I have fuel that drips very slowly from the common tubes that exit under each cylinder, then connect to a T connector then to the drain tube attached. Plane recently sat for a couple of months. Any ideas what to look for? Russ
carusoam Posted October 30, 2016 Report Posted October 30, 2016 Things that leak fuel.... Does the O get a sniffle valve like the J? This is the system that drains excess fuel during a start procedure. I can't remember the details today.... Best regards, -a- 1
Guest Posted October 30, 2016 Report Posted October 30, 2016 That's the sniffle valve attached to the red panel. If it's dripping fuel then it's doing its job draining raw fuel from the induction system. Clarence

A small piece of debris or a small score on one of the mixture plates would do it. You could turn off the fuel selector to stop the dripping. Clarence

Thanks again. Russ 2
