CFI with Mooney experience in DCM - LKR area?

Guys,

It appears that on Saturday,  Oct 10 I will be a proud owner of Mooney 20J. I flew 20C, but since I have no flying experience in J model, I will need CFI with Mooney to spend a couple of hours with me before I can fly the bird home. Plane is located in Chester SC. Thank you for your replies in advance!

I would but I'm heading down to Dallas to teach at the MAPA Course this weekend.

Mooney Flyer is starting to create a list but you will likely have to fly someone in to the plane.

There is a Mooney owner and CFI in myrtle beach ... he used to be active and I've met him at several SC Breakfast clubs.

I'll try to look up his name and post here.

Which event were you at with Mark J?  ACY?

If you were there in ACY, I've edited my icing course a bunch so it should be even more beneficial to pilots flying in winter... just maybe not the ones who stay in the state of Texas... LOL
