Lovin it!!!

I am really looking forward to Gps steering. What a workload reducer. And the APS4a will take another load off my head when I am shooting a LPV down to mins.

The makeover is as follows: New EFD Pro 1000 New GTN 750 New GTN 650 New GDL 88 New JPI 930P New APS4A Altitude Preselect New ELT 406 with GPS New avionics Panel New clock New electric ADI New turn and bank indicator New 2nd Obs indicator New Bose headsets with Lemo plugs Four New fuel senders Recovered glareshield upgrades GTX 33 transponder with extended squitter to be compliant with ADS-B GDL-69 Remains WX-500 Remains KFC-200 with flight director Remains Slaved compass removed Vacuum pump removed. Electric Vacuum Pump remains to run speed brakes It has been a big project that has taken some 3 months. You are talking most of the airplane torn apart. Kevin Parker from Autopilots Central has been doing a great job keeping me informed and being the general contractor on N252TC. Bob Ferguson was the main man orchestrating this project, but about half way through he retired. He was a very knowledgeable about panels and avionics and really knew his thing. But after 30 or more years of doing this I guess he had enough. Sorry to see him go. Trying to justify this much work and new avionics going into a 1986 2000 hour total time aircraft. Well there is no justification. That's about it. I hope it all comes together.
