Again It's just a generic seal design, not based on the contour or design of door or original seal . New design aircraft use a seal with fabric and is attached to the airframe. This requires six molds to mfg. I stock various designs of this later hatch seal. We have a new silicone closed cell foam for the beech models . This new seal will allow two versions depending on the gap of then door clearance based on the door, Return on investment is what gets new product development done. What seal you use is your choice. I use what was designed for my door from the original design tso . Different doors based on fitment need different seals. We have two different Tso door seals for beech based on the year of the door . We sell 100:1 compared to the mooney market.

1. Fields never made the seal 2. Generic Design 3. Seal should of been made to original design with inflation center , this is how I would of mfg or clayed the door for perfect design. 4. The door doesn't have a third latch to keep the door in place or two pins to secure the door . 5. My question to the seller and no reply do you have product liability for the seal your selling . How are you protecting the buyer and yourself in liability? This is why I would not mfg or sell a inflatable door seal that is not for a aircraft that is not designed for one . i have done 210 /T210 inflatable door seals for many shops that are made to sample . Same with Mu2 per sample

Seal design seal material made to match the door aftermarket seals are not true to original design, faa pma has nothing to do with matching the design . This is why we have two versions based on the gap of the tolerance of the doors . A true inflation door seal sits in a channel and inflate to fill the door gap. if no channel the seal chafe over time and need replacement. When static it returns to the channel and there is a rain seal that keeps water out of the static door. Lancair Columbia Beechcraft I would not want the liability of installing a psi seal on a non psi door . From left to Right side in the picture oem mooney B727 nose gear door seal yes we stock various Boeing seals P seal in 30 durometer, this seal fits for both application cabin and baggage, just reverse the direction of the seal cabin shown and perfect closure and clearance Sold with clear silicone cement, seal sold with ams3301 certificate of conformance We stock tso beech seals mu2 Tbm700 Columbia / Textron as were tso oem mfg . we do custom seals per sample Currently doing PC7 vertical tail seals and canopy seals in custom color charcoal grey. mooney is 1% market
