  9. Hello Wall I have a 1966 M 20E. And I just had to G5’s installed in my plane the vacuum system is gone I need to know what The bellows and hardware Weight ! So if anyone has a weight and balance and equipment list I would be very appreciative I cannot find the Bellows or any of that in my POH thanking everybody in advance John
  10. Good afternoon I was looking back through some of the posts and I am looking for a weight and balance and equipment list for my 1966 Mooney M 20 E ! I just recently had my aircraft worked on and I need to adjust my weight and balance I cannot find the weight and moment for the bellows for the step my Aircraft serial number is 1105 it was in the factory at same time yours was thanking you in advance John

Getting ready to take my IFR check ride I have a 1966E model and looking for all the advice I can get to be able to pass this endeavor have been studying big time passed the written now getting ready to take the check RIDE ! All advice is welcome ! I have no idea who the examiner is going to be ! I live in South Jersey fly out of 7N7 ! Look forward to all the advice this form has the give !

  15. Is there a way to check to see if it is the switch ? And if it can be fixed or do you need to get a new switch ? Had the same thing happen in the Bahamas after getting fuel on the way back to the states ! Bad felling when that far from home and plane won’t start !
  16. The part number 660051-3 is no longer available! Kit from mooney 660051-005 to replace the obsolete part ! Getting kit from Don Maxwell . At least we have obtions! Thanks to all !
  17. If the part is obsolete! What is the number of the rod end ? And would the one for the prop governor be the same ? That would be for future ! But would be nice to know !

  21. Thanks for all the suggestions ! Went with TGH Aviation out of Auburn Ca ! Was best price on an overhaul unit ! Will let everyone know how it works out ! Thanks again.
  22. Light sensor ! That's what I thought ! But everyone I talk to says it is the display and needs to be replaced! Around $2000.00 ! Will talk to my A&P today and see what he has to say !
  23. I have a ka 155 14 v in my 66 E and the display dims in the dark ! Is great in the light , when it gets dark dims so much have to shine flashlight to get to light up any ideas? Would love to here some other than that the 155 works great !
  24. What is better the blade type or the rod type ? Just put a smooth belly on my 66 E . And would like to know witch antenna work best ?
