bxg007 Posted August 19, 2013 Report Posted August 19, 2013 I recently had my fuel pump complied with for an past AD (see attached) that prior shops had missed but Poplar Grove found during my recent crankshaft replacement. Now all back together, my fuel pressure from the engine driven fuel pump is around 18-20 psi (in the yellow). When I engage the boost pump, fuel pressure shoots up to ~45 psi (correct per mooney service manual). Does anyone have any information on how to adjust this fuel pump to at least get me into the mid-green level (35-40 psi)? What pressure readings are you guys seeing from the engine driven fuel pump? mike_elliott Posted August 20, 2013 Report Posted August 20, 2013 Bill, have you asked the Don about it yet? I hope you get it fixed before next Sunday
bxg007 Posted August 20, 2013 Author Report Posted August 20, 2013 I suggested Josh, my A&P, give Don a call along with Bob @ Lear Romec. Curious what others see as typical range without boost pump though.
