Interested J or K partners at LGB Long Beach, CA?

I currently own a very nice 1978 M20J at corona. My current partner has moved to Iowa, so he is looking to be bought out. The main reason I keep the plane at corona is the hangars are $300 per month & avgas is slightly less expensive. Let me know if interested.
