Is anyone has any technical documentation about the click when start up the engine throttle 1/4 forward on M20J ?

Possibly the micro switch for the gear warning circuit, it normally trips in the last few millimetres of throttle travel when closing the throttle.

It’s the micro switch. You can look under the panel and watch it work.  It will make about 1400 rpm on startup from cold so I hit it and back off a bit when starting.

Gear warning switch. Depending on how it is adjusted, should be just over idle, about 1/4" in from full out.

Needs to be really quiet to hear it - forget it  if you have avionic fans and other noise.
