It will include in addition to the balloon flights, an EAA pancake fly-in breakfast on Saturday, plane rides (want to ride in a PT-19?), fireworks, participating vendors and other activities. http://ccballoonfest.com If any of you do meander over this way, let me know. Always up to meet fellow MooneySpacers. The airport will be closed from 5 pm until 10 pm each evening (Friday through Sunday night) and from 5 am to 7 am on Saturday and Sunday. I did his IPC yesterday and in light of the other "hot air" (it hit about 104°F) he asked, Tell me - did you become a CFII for the glory, the big bucks, or to stay low and fly approaches in 100 degree weather and associated turbulence?" Since it turned out the air was smooth as silk, I had to go with the big bucks. 1 Quote
