I walked up to it and 3 birds flew out of the back and one out of the front. Manager at the airport said they guy lost his medical because of heart issues and refuses to sell it. The manager said he just airs up the tires when needed so he can move it around when military jets practice there. Great little airport to visit with and intersting runway. There's another mooney rotting away at KDKX been there for over twenty years I guess, on tie down, never seen it started much less flown.
