Up for sale is a beautiful 1969 Mooney M20C. This plane did most of it flying early in life and from 2004 to 2013 it hardly flew at all. It got an annual every year and in 2014 the current owner bought it and started flying it regularly. Due to health reasons he has been forced to stop flying and has decided to sell. The following specs are to the best of my knowledge accurate. AFTT-3170 Engine SNEW-989 SPOH-213 All logs since new, NDH, beautiful paint and leather interior 8+, King KX155, King KN53, King KT76A, Val 760 Com, Garmin GMA 340, JPI FS450, 406 ELT, Single EGT, cowl closure mod, compressions 74+, fresh April annual, oil filter, electric gear and flaps, O&N Bladders, no corrosion, non AD propeller, PC wing leveler. Propeller overhauled 2009, Engine factory new 1984 with all cylinders overhauled in 1998, New Concorde battery in 2017, New brakes in 2017, New paint in 2004 and interior in 2005, Overhauled late style nose steering truss in 2002, Bladders in 2002, 342 hours on mags and harness, #3 cylinder replaced in 2017. I can not find in the logs where the shock disk have been replaced and they will most likely need replacing. The plane is located in Erwin, NC at KHRJ. Please call , text, or email. I would like to invite everyone on behalf of Warren Aviation to our Sun N Fun BBQ. From April 2nd through April 10th we will have fresh smoked pulled pork from 11:30 to 2:30. And as always we will have popcorn and Fresh Otis Spunkmeyer cookies. If you can't make those times we usually have left over BBQ sandwiches. We will have deeply discounted AeroShell and Phillips oil, door prizes to include a free case of oil and many other goodies, very cheap Avgas, Jet-A, courtesy cars, WIFI, coffee, Pilots lounge, spotless restrooms, overnight hangars, you can even camp if you want, and Southern Hospitality. Full service is always the same price and we pump out of the truck so there is no waiting in line or tugging your airplane. We have great LPV approaches on both runways, Localizer approach, and full parallel taxiway. Let me know if you have any questions, and I would love to hear from anyone who has enjoyed this event in the past. We would love to have you. I wanted to invite everyone to our first 2015 Friday Lunch. We do this on the 1st and 3rd Friday of every month from March to October. We have a lot of Mooneys that attend regularly but I wanted to get it posted for everyone to know. We are just a small FBO with very nice facility and great customer service. We do this to give pilots an excuse to fly and get some good food, fellowship, and fun times. We in return provide cheap fuel, oil, and Southern Hospitality. Thanks, Josh Pusser, Manager Warren Aviation Harnett Regional Jetport (910) 814-2740

Warren Aviation would like to invite all of the Mooney Pilots to a Fly-in Cookout on Saturday at Harnett Regional Jetport KHRJ in Erwin, NC. We have a group of about 10 Mooneys that requested for us to host a fly-in and we will have the grilled fired up cooking hamburgers and hotdogs for donations, or you can BYOM (bring your own meat). It’s not just for Mooneys but the Mooney group is who requested we do this so we would like to have a lot of Mooneys parked together as we all know it’s the best aircraft out there. We will also have cheap fuel ($5.14), discounts on case oil, and plenty of hangar flying. Please feel free to contact me with any questions. Does anyone know if a hat rack can be added to a 62 c model. Didn't know if an stc would be needed or not since it was done from the factory a couple of years later.

I had quite an interesting experience while flying today. I had been up site seeing for about an hour. When I returned to the airport, I crossed over midfield and abeam the numbers on downwind I heard a loud bang followed by intense vibration. I immediately pull the mixture and landed without incident. I was sure a rod had broke, but I couldn't find anything wrong with engine after getting it in the hanger. I finally found that the prop didn't look normal. The blades appeared to have different pitches, and there was a dent in the spinner where one of the blades had rotated to far. After removing the spinner I found I was able to rotate one of the blades 360 degrees. So the vibration was a miss match of pitches on the blades and the loud bang was something in the hub. The propeller is a hartzell on my 62 C model. It was overhauled 4 years and 226 hours ago with the updated hub. I plan on calling the shop who overhauled it, but wanted to get everyone's thoughts first. The prop is suppose to be good for 60 months or 2000 hours. I know crap happens but I have never heard of a propeller malfunction like this.
