  1. Until you see the maintenance bill lol
  2. Good morning everyone! i just wanted to post and let everyone know that Saturday December 18th I have organized a Mooney Fly-In to Sedona Arizona. In case anyone missed the Facebook event that I set up, we are planning to be in Sedona around 9am. So far I’m expecting around 20-25 airplanes showing up, but the more the merrier. Plan to stay the weekend, or fly back home that night whichever works. I’m hoping to see you all there! It is going to be an exciting event for sure.
  3. Yes we sure do!!! Always knew the Ovation was the plane I wanted that I’d keep forever. Love my plane, was a bit of a hop going from the Sportsman to the Mooney, but I adapted after the first landing haha.
  4. Hey guys! Just made an account today, super stoked there is an forum strictly for Mooney’s! I’ll do a quick introduction of myself for those of you who don’t know me, but I’m sure a couple people will recognize me, my name is Trevor Jones, and I fly a 2000 M20R Ovation 2 nicknamed “GoldFinger”. I’m also a writer in the monthly MAPA Magazine under “Trevor’s Corner”. I’m 22 years old from Kelowna BC Canada, and I moved up to the Ovation in August from my 2009 Glasair Sportsman 2+2 which I had for 2.5 years prior. My Dad has been flying my whole life and you could say I was born and raised in a Mooney. My first airplane ride was 7 months old in my Dad’s old 67’ M20F. He had the F from 1997-2006, and from there went to a M20K 305 Rocket, and then now a Lancair. I’ve been dreaming and wanting a Mooney since my Dad sold his. Super happy to have my Ovation now, and I love all you Mooniacs who are about as crazy or close to as crazy as I am about them. I find that it seems every Mooney owner is just a nice person, especially seeing all you guys at Oshkosh. Anyways, I’m active on the Facebook group, usually always posting and I’ll try my best to keep up on here as well. I’m sure for those of you who read the monthly MAPA Magazine, you’ll hear my discussions on there as well. cheers!!
