I tried to order a set from LASAR and they were out of stock. Turned out the previous owner of my plane had a set and he paid $325 for them. Thought I'd relay the Ebay news here since I'd seen some posts on people needing them.

The CH751 key that opens my Winnebago's hatches also opens my M20E's baggage and passenger doors. It turns in the ignition but won't push on the starter. It also opens several file cabinets at my geology club. They sell on Ebay like 10 for $15. I am considering duct taping one of these inside one of the wheel wells.

Most airpark sales are not advertised. They sell by word of mouth and often among people who already know each other.

Might be a by owner ad. I saw it on Barnstormers. I think Zillow mostly picks up on Multiple Listing Service homes. The best homes often don't make it to the MLS. Realtors prefer to keep good homes on their own listings to avoid splitting fees. The incentive is that neither buyer nor seller have to pay the 6% realtor fee.
