I have a set of window and windshield trim. Window trim pieces are made of fiberglass, windshield moldings are very soft aluminum. Call anytime or message me. I have many other early Mooney parts. Sure would prefer local pickup since these are fragile especially the windshield trim. $95 plus shipping for the 3 windshield surround pieces and $175 for the 4 fiberglass window surrounds. I have 3 sets of early Mooney front seats. These are made with chromoly tubing instead of the tin can aluminum monocoque technique that came later. $425 - $1500. Call for shipping costs, sure would prefer pickup. I am only 2 hours away from Chicago O’Hare by car, would possibly consider a partial part way delivery if it makes sense. Gary 608 3three4 oo51

Thanks for that and thanks for the picture, very cool shot of the inside workings of the structure. I think the skills would be quite straightforward to acquire! Happy New Year Gary

I can’t do it! I can’t take a chain saw to this wing.. coffee table, work desk, decoration.. I just can’t do it. Does anyone want this wing to rebuild? The main structure is solid but has the standard trailing edge damage. There were only 699 of the wooden wing Mooney’s manufactured, 200 M20s with the Lycoming 0-320 150hp and 499 M20As. So anyway, some please step up to help save this wing. I have heard there are 2 shops that still rebuild these, but don’t know the names of them.. I took my honeymoon to Alaska in a 1960 M20A and have a “thing” for them. Gary 608 334 0051

everyone beware. It seems whenever a parts wanted ad is placed there are scammers that have gotten into the group and they say something like - contact some email address and they have what you need. Who is the administrator that screens these membership applications? This is the latest member who is trying to scam us... thompsonrafael28

If anyone has a Mooney project in the Midwest preferably, for sale, I would be interested. Looking to restore a M20C, M20A, M20E, or M20J that needs work, out of annual, with problems. (This is my J model that I finished restoring last year) I’m now bored because it’s so nice so I need a new project To tackle for my son’s airplane. Might trade my M20J for a project plus cash. Thanks Gary

Yea, I took them out of the C I owned for 35 years also, I just want them to fill in the holes in the interior of my 201.. my son was giving me a hard time about the way it looks so peer/relative pressure works on me. I found my hat works as good as anything. I still have my C ones but the hardware is different
