The choice is simple. Both will do the same job. both very thorough. Laser will cost twice as much as top gun. Your choice.

flap hinges were good and the 4 inch channel was only step problem. You are correct. 24A is the highest airport in the Smokies I suppose. Course twins use it regularly. Nice drive if you prefer and I will deliver it for free. Has the new nose gear bushings etc

George. If you will give me a call i will do as i always do with Mooney space. Send you the parts and if you are happy with them just send me a personal check. Jerry Pressley 423 231 3491

did have a Q tip which is still available but it now has a zero non Q tip. It was geared up but only needed a channel and two belly skins and nose gear doors. Has a different engine and fresh prop so is much better now than before bellied as it had a high time engine. Was actually flying a week after we picked it up. It is estimated that more than half the Mooney built during thaty time period have been on their bellies. And the nice part of a mooney is that being bellied only causes damage to skins or as Mooney calls them, belly fairings On a Cessna or beech etc there is major structural damage to repair.
Additional photos attached.

sorry flyntgr1 didn't see your post before I answered. You have it all correct. Since I do lots of ferrying of that kind of plane this is a sticking point for me as most FSDOs are not familiar with the entire AD. Takes lots of phone calls to get the permit sometimes.
-
If you will read the Lycoming prop strike AD you will see at the end that Boston has authorized ferry to repair facility without iran And it is corrct that a full teardown is not needed or required. Only accessory case removal. And continental doesn't preclude ferry. Possibly I missed the IRAN AD remember the number of the AD?

You are correct but I am a couple thousand miles away. Possibly I could pay someone on that end to show up there? Talked to another "customer" of theirs who had a similar problem some time back. Seems to only happen to long distance customers. He never got his prop back. Guess its time to hit the court? Since they advertise nationwide I can file here I assume. Thanks for the answers. Jerry

Thanks much I am not having the same luck with them, I sold them $5,000 worth of parts and cannot get paid and cannot get them to ship back. Been months. Other from east coast had same problems. Jerry Pressley
