1982 Mooney Missile - TKS, Dual Aspens, IFD, $199.9k

Recommended Posts

I have my beautiful 1982 Mooney Missile (M20J with a 300hp IO550) listed with a broker here in Denver (Scott Hager - (720) 839-7652).

The pending birth of our third child forces the sale.

The aircraft just finished an extensive annual with Advanced Aircraft at KTTD and is hangared at KCFO.

I’ve been honored to be the caretaker of this great aircraft, which features a fully modernized panel, TKS, and recent paint. No known damage history, 1000lb+ useful load, recent top overhaul (~100hrs), everything works as it should.

The efficiency of the aircraft is a really great selling point. I see 160ktas on <10gph at 10-14k ft. With the long range tanks, I can routinely fly halfway across the country without stopping.

I’ve put the official ad with spec sheet and photos below.

I purchased the aircraft from a well known MSer and would love for it to find a home through this community.  This was supposed to be my ‘forever’ plane.

We’re asking $199.9k, but please reach out if you’re interested. My family no longer fits!

Feel free reach out to me via PM or Scott with any questions.
