Vacuum Sidestep boot in working condition removed from '67 M20E.

The electric tape on the bottom edge fixes the tiny leak that was NOT preventing the step from coming up but was reducing vacuum power from 5" to 3.5". With that tape, no vacuum lost (5" sharp) and sidestep kept working.
