Interesting how the same people who embrace the idea of copying Canada's model for ATC run away as fast as they can when their healthcare system is mentioned.

NavCanada is funded by user fees.  I just got my bill today... $68 per annum.  The fees actually came down.  Privately funded, privately run.

 Health care in Canada is publicly funded and almost totally publicly provided.  So they're not an apples to apples comparison.
