 I have U.S. Standard and U.S. IFR subscriptions for my Garmin Pilot. What additional advantage would give me Jeppesen Nav Data Add-On ? It says recommended for Flight Stream 210 user which I have installed. My current subscriptions works with 210 just fine.

You could add SIDS and STARS to your flight plan.  Having said that, I haven't bought it.
