South Central Avionics Shop Recommendations

Anyone had a good experience recently with an area avionics shop? I've had my share on bad experiences and need some good news. Looking to have a GDL88 installed.

If Dallas is close enough, Avionics 1st, at RBD installed my GDL88.

John Miller with Crystal Avionics in New Braunfels did the last avionics upgrade I had done in a Mooney, and he did an awesome job.  He has done a ton of work for All American Aircraft, and is therefore very familiar with Mooneys.

When doing my pre-buy last year I had Southern Avionics due some work. Not quite southern Florida but they are located at Mobile Downtown airport in Mobile, Al.  Also, the previous owner had them do work on my plan as well. Since I was in Virginia at the time I had to deal with them over the phone and I felt very confident with them.  They also stand behind all their work.
