  1. Also that Allen head bolt is flat on the inner side, instead of conical like the diagram. It is like that for both flap pumps in front of me
  2. So interesting update. I purchased a used flap pump, also from a 1967 M20F like mine, and it also does not have that part... was the part a revision, or am I just losing my mind
  3. Yes. Nothing else in there except the eccentric rotating part, which when removed I can see the other side of the bleed speed ball. The part is not there.
  4. Positive. Took it all apart and it 100% was not in there. I also noticed that Allen head bolt was screwed all the way in, while on photos of others, it's backed out a bit.
  5. I'm wondering how my flaps have been working all this time without it. Is it a part I can find and replace, or do I need to replace the entire pump?
  6. Does anyone know that the part I have circled is and what it does? Upon disassembling my flap pump for a rebuild, it was noticed that I am completely missing this piece. The flaps were functioning normally, just a small leak from in between the halves.
  7. I know this thread is from 10 years ago... but does anyone know the bulb size for that light? I have the fixture, but no bulb
  8. Hi, I'm wondering if you are still making these Teflon seals. If so, I'd like to buy 4 from you. I tried messaging, but it says you're unable to receive messages. Thanks!
  9. Those are some nice hoses. Thank you for the advice.
  10. Hi, does anyone happen to know the size of these two fittings? I'd like to pick up some block off plugs while the pump is out. Ive attached the two areas below
  11. Looks like this airplane killed a new pilot and his instructor on Oct 31st.
  12. Looking to buy a 1970 m20C out near Augusta Georgia, wondering if there's any mobile A&Ps that can do a pre-buy inspection. The only aviation shop up there that I found is called Augusta aviation and the ones I've been doing maintenance on the plane.
  13. Hi, I'm looking to buy a Mooney M20c very soon and am seeing if anyone near the metro area owns one that wouldn't mind taking me up for a little while so I can check one out before I fully commit spending a ton of money haha. I'll pay for fuel (and if you're a CFI I'd gladly pay for a complex endorsement). Thanks!
