Globe is not servicing these motors any longer. All searches turned up nothing or aftermarket fans that were not easily integrated. Here is my solution for an "Owner Produced" replacement on my 12 volt system:
1. CAD'ed up a manifold based on Bendix King KA20. Sent it to Xometry. ~$72 with shipping.
2. Ordered IP68-rated (I'll let you look that up) 2.2 Amp 12 volt Axial Box Fan from DigiKey. ~$32 with shipping. The spec sheet is available on the website. You will have to research further if you have a 28 volt system.
2223-CFM-6025BG68-1120-587-ND
CFM-6025BG68-1120-587
DC AXIAL FAN, 60 MM SQUARE, 25 M
3. Ordered a cheap Fan guard from DigiKey and broke it apart to only use the plastic grid (you probably don't need this):
1053-1392-ND
GRM60-45
FAN FILTER 60MM 45PPI
If you are lucky, your bracket holding the original KA20 is still there. You may have to drill some new holes.
If you call Xometry, perhaps you can reference up my order number and they'll print it for you. I made the wire conduit channel too small and had to do some post-boring. OR ... I'll send you the CAD model for $20 (just to cover my time).
