Ronnie herald in pikeville KY is amazing .. he works on several mooneys plus his apprentice has two mooneys lol not to mention I have one for sale they he has maintained for 3 years ... check eBay out 1980 J -
What I did on mine was use the 1000’ marker the end of the wing was at edge of runway parrell maybe a fuzz farther as soon as power was pulled abeam the marker pitch for best glide grab gear while counting to 8. Seconds then turn base as soon as you are 500’ agl turn to you point took my test in 25kt winds and came across the taxi way about 10 feet off dumping the flaps to get a little extra float but nailed the spot... the gusty wind killed my base I think I used 90kts

When I am flying at night i turn on my back lights strobes nav lights have a iPad plugged in in cruise ...: my voltage is all over the place from 14.7 -13.5 with that stuff off it never moves off 14.2 is this normal

So my fuse was blown and the back seat interior lights work great. The bad news is I have absolutely nothing up front. I have tried swapping bulbs and nothing .... am I missing a fuse or could it be the switch ... any Info would be greatly appreciated

My newly installed stratus transponder is acting up. The 012345 works great the 67 works sometimes and the 89 is barley ever. The factory is replacing. Anyone else have this problem ?
