Interesting NTSB report if this is the right plane. Lost in Alaska for 2 days. Occupants found and uninjured. -
My father was one of the original C-130 pilots for the Blues in 1970. I was a kid and got to be around the F-4's routinely. Skip Umstead, Lead Solo #5, was my favorite as he always took time for the kids! I still have a book depicting the maneuvers from like 1972 somewhere. My icon photo is the C-130 and dad is in the photo. Needless to say the Blue Angels are my favorite!

Recently our tour used (2) G4's for a weekend of travel. If you got to have someone fly you, this isn't a bad way to go!

My first flight lesson is in a G4! Lol This was an awesome flight crew. Thanks Captain Al, First Officer Mike, and our Flight Attendant Lauren, who actually let me sit in her seat! -

In at KBWG this morning for a fuel stop. -
The captain of our G4 let me sit in the jump seat for the Ride from Calgary to Regina. On the next leg flying from Regina to Nashville, he again let me sit in the jump seat. After we took off and leveled out he allowed me to take his seat. I have at least 1 hour of G4 time! Thank you to a very cool flight crew!

Last Australia show tonight in Perth. Then, back to Sydney for an evening. Finally home to BNA via DFW. What a whirlwind 3+ weeks down under!

LAX to Brisbane arrives late. Missed connection to Townsville. Enjoying the lay over in the Qantas lounge! Starting the tour out right...lol
