Google Glass and Aviation

Lots of articles this week on release of Google Glass next year and potential applications. You are not going to catch me wearing one of these out in the street, however, the potential uses for Google Glass in the cockpit are intriguing to say the least. HUD display, synthetic vision, approach plates, charts, traffic, check lists, etc, etc, etc. I could easily see it interface with Foreflight, X -Wing, and even panel mounted avionics. It will be interesting to see how aviation software developers find ways to incorporate Google Glass in the cockpit. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk HD
