One note of caution. These headrests are not locked into any position, and will easily pull out. My airplane part-owner removed the seats for annual, and held it by the headrest and the front lip of the seat bottom, when he was standing on the wing and carrying the seat out. The headrest pulled out and the seat fell on the wing, leaving a 1/2" wide dent 1/4" deep on the upper wing skin. The corner of the seat landed on the wing skin.  Its not accessible from below either. Shit happens. Be careful out there.
