  1. Thanks very much for the help. Will check out those sources today. Regards, Ben
  2. bought my M20F last December - so far - so good.
  3. New Mooney owner - simple question I hope. Have an M20F and the top engine cowl assy includes six screws (with thin nickel size washers) that attach it to the chassis. Need to get a few replacements but cannot find the part number(s) in the maintenance pubs. Am hoping that the experienced Mooney aviators and mechanics will be able to help me with this one. Thanks kindly, Ben
  4. Agree with Bryan. Just bought the Concorde - very pleased - glad to have a sealed battery in the aircraft. Spruce has good price and will get fully charged one to you quickly.

  8. Recently purchased nice M20F - annual is due in March. Looking for expert Mooney mechanic to perform annual. Am aware of MSC faciliities in my area but would prefer a personal recommendation from another owner. Please reply or drop me an email at durrance8@gmail.com. Thanks.
  9. Stacey and Anthony - thanks to you both! Ben
  10. Am new owner of M20F and my landing light has burned out. I checked the light and it is a GE bulb (and not one of those new STC LED lights). I researched several old manuals and parts listings and find the correct GE bulb number but no dice. I found a Mooney number for the lamp but no cross reference to the vendor part number. I expect this situation to come up time and again..... what is the best way to identify part numbers for my 1968 M20F? I'm not simply referring to Mooney parts but rather off the shelf vendor items that are OEM equipment (or even PMA). Thanks for helping "the new guy" get some answers. BD
