  1. I’m just a lowly M20J driver. Is this hurry up and wait? Any thought will the AeroCruze 100 actually come to certified fruition on our Moonys?

I have waited almost 3 years for the A/P but nothing has happened after numerous promises.

I know its a tough world to certify a new autopilot but after almost 60 years in aviation I find it hard to comprehend "this" difficult.

Something alluded to in a notice from them was that the upcoming drone market is a real good fit for their A/P. In reality that is where the big money really is for them.

It may happen for Moneys and it may not but I have moved on and I am rolling the dice on the Dynon A/P combined with the 10" HDX screen. The screen is certified and the A/P is actually in development by them. My HDX screen install will be done in about 4 weeks.

If funds are the issue then I might advise holding out to see what happens but if more investment is possible (especially on a J) take a good look at Dynon for a complete panel change out.
