  2. Yep, pulled all apart and the bolts show wear!
  3. Progressive wear issue but current I/A felt there to be too much play.
  4. Not the STC, but the PMA. By moving from California to Oregon, Lasar needed to restart their PMA approval process and cannot begin manufacturing parts until they receive it. By being the aircraft owner, I can produce the part (FAR 21.9 (a)(5)). If only I knew the proper specs.
  5. No one has stock. Lasar is in the process of renewing their PMA (since they moved to Oregon). Have to wonder what everyone else doing when they need bushings, manufacturing their own?
  6. IA has been calling with the response being: "coming soon."
  7. My M20B has been stuck in annual for a couple of months for nosewheel bushings. LASAR is out of stock and has been for awhile (there is also another post from April saying LASAR no longer has the STC). The bushings my IA needs are these, is there another source other than used? 914020-17 bushing 914020-18 bushing 914007-005 bushing 914007-004 bushing Thanks, Joe
  8. Your flaps stay in second detent all the time?
  9. There is some resistance and if I place it just so, it'll stay in the detent; but a bumpy taxiway or runway will knock it out.
  10. With power or flight, it’ll stay in that detent.
  11. If it held in first position, without wind over the flaps, I’d be fine.
  12. Wow, more than I could ever ask for, thanks!
  13. My spring is a little worn. Wondering where I might find a replacement.
  14. Silk is what Lycoming still uses. RTV is an ugly fix. I've heard if you induce a vacuum inside the case, you can suck in a variant of Loctite to seal the case.
  15. At least the prop doesn't have the 100 hour AD. I would guess one COM, no working NAV, nor working wing leveler but the paint is OK...I'd guess a selling price of $33k. What else can you get in this current market?
  16. As long as the cocktails aren't 100LL blue, in color...
  17. Did anyone discover Phil's contact information?
