    As long as you maintain your o-rings, your fuel caps should not leak. I’ll make sure you get the right ones. My wife and I just completed a cross country move/new job/new baby and this is when we think things got jumbled up.

    For further clarification, this is only for the Shaw 431 and 531 fuel cap kits. Prior to installation and disassembly of your fuel cap you should compare your large o-rings to each other. If they are different please contact me. It will be obvious if you try to install them and the big ring is too big for the fuel cap.

    Good evening, There is a possibility I might have shipped you the incorrect large oring for this kit. Your fuel cap should take a M25988-338 and I might have sent you a M25988-339, which goes on another fuel cap. I believe this happened back into June due to the calamity of my cross country move. If your o-rings do not fit on your fuel cap, please email me at gallagheraviationllc@gmail.com and I will send you the correct rings. I apologize for the inconvenience and I appreciate your understanding. James

    Good to know! The fluorosilicone rings are pretty tough. My cousin had my Bonanza down in the Florida panhandle and it monsooned everyday during the week it was there. It rained so much, water got into the static lines but nothing got into the fuel tank. Thanks for the PIREP!

    Short answer is yes but I do not know when. I made a big investment in this and I'm a one man army. Once I can get some sales revenue under my belt, I intend to invest in new product introductions such as the Avidyne and Garmin touchscreen GPS MFDs. People ask why they need a screen protector on a G5 when it is not a touch screen and I challenge them to think about a beat up Garmin 430 or 530. Those devices are not touchscreens...

    There is a clear adhesive to the back of the glass. Included in each glass protector is a kit to clean and apply the screen protector. Because it is glass, you can simply peel it off when you want to remove it and then use any avionic safe cleaning product (wipes) to remove residue. I designed the screen protector and then had them manufactured by a company that does a lot of products for smart phones. Same concept. James

    Chris, do you know anything about resistors in the Stec 50 with the Garmin G5 HSI and heading mode? I've heard I need to remove some to make the aircraft track the heading bug. Right now, it just turns through the course and hunts flying left and right about the heading.
