Do you still have the front seats?

If you get a chance, I would love to see a pic of the adjustment lever and cable that adjusts your setbacks. My seats (61 seem to have only 1 position and no adjustment with that pin (no lever or cable attached). The only adjustment is to remove the pin and then the seat just lays all the way back against the back seats. My seats must be missing something or were never adjustable. We have been looking for a solution for a while, and have considered just making a taller pin to slip into the hole. Figured if I had 3 different sized pins could just slip in the one I want before that flight, not an ideal fix so any info would help. Thanks in advance. If I get out to the plane before I leave on my next work trip, I will try to post some pics of what mine looks like.

I have a 61 B and don't think there is any adjustment, just a spring with a pin that drops into a hole in the seat frame. Can anyone tell me if maybe my seats are missing a part or was there just no adjustment on the 61 B model? Being able to make raise the back of the seat to a more vertical position would help my back passengers and save my back from leaning forward constantly. Thanks in advance!!

We have taken our 1961 M20B, with full fuel, and 2 large adults to 17,500 ft. several times, but 17.5 is usually max. And of course always with O2.
