  1. Hey everyone. So I have a '68F. Since we bought the plane we've always had the roll trim on the TC all the way left to get it to fly straight. We always figured this was a PC problem. Well recently we sent the PC system out (the cut off valve and the TC) to Brittain for service. They said the TC was fine, but the valve was busted. So now that thats fixed I can turn off the PC. When I press the button, but dont put any control force on the yoke, she turns right and gets into a 30 degree right bank. Additionally, when flying straight, the ball tends to be a bit right, probably a half to a whole balls width right. Any thoughts? Ailerons out of rig? Rudder misaligned? Thanks in advance
  2. Ive just barely missed a few, please if anyone has one let me know!
  3. Id likely take it all as well
  4. I shot an email to genesys we'll see what they say. Might beat waiting two millenia to find a BI-805 to put an AP on my PC. Is this 14V or 28V? The 28t the end means its 28 right?
  5. Im planning to get there Sunday so I should be there for the Monday evening gathering.
  6. bump, still on the hunt!
  7. Anyone need this? It's for an older ipad
  8. Im looking primarily for a BI-805 valve cause without it they are all useless to me, but my long term goal is a accutrak, so if someone has one with our without the 805 ill buy it. Not ready for the accuflite yet. GLWS
  9. I was thinking you still had the old plane but just read the description of your accident and I'm glad you are ok! Hope you recover well and you should be proud you handled it the way you did!
  10. Did your plane have the accutrak that you were adding this to or just the PC? Im trying to find a BI-805 and Accutrak. Thanks and GLWS!

  15. thanks...again! We are definitely going to change them out. As for the difficulty of snaking them between the tubing and the aluminum body, will it be any easier now that we have the windows out?
  16. Shadrach, i went through the logs and didnt see it, all though I could have missed it or It could be buried in on of the entries by an A&P with horrible handwriting. Ill look again with a beer ha.
  17. Thanks again guys. So it seems we shoudl replace it with teh alpha kit that has these http://aircraftproducts.wicksaircraft.com/item/line-clamps/clamp-loop/ms27405-6
  18. Thanks Kerry! Anyone else done it any other way?
  19. Really? It just doesn't seem like it would be strong enough. Any idea if this is STC'd or is this the "minor change" i read about on the web?
  20. Hey everyone, Thanks advance for your help. We removed the interior of my 67F this past week to replace the windows and found the shoulder harness mounted to the tubing as seen in the photos. Its some pretty thin strapping wrapped around the tube. My A&P isnt a mooney guy but was pretty concerned about it. Seems pretty hokey to me too. This isnt legit is it? Does anyone have images of how it supposed to be done? Thanks
