WANTED - M20 E or F

Looking for a M20 E o F model. Really would like the F. I am willing to spend any ware around $60K so I am looking for a clean airframe with low (under 700hr) on the engine and props. Need good paint and interior like 7 out of 10 or better and something with recently sealed tanks/shock disk. Also need to be IFR current with an IFR gps and preferably a 430. I have looked at barnstormers, trade a plane and controller but every plane I call on needs a lot of work in one area or another. If anyone knows of a solid plane let me know.

I know of a solid one that is not quite on the market yet... pending an upgrade by the owner that is actively checking out the next plane right now.  It is an F, had a gear-up a few years ago, but ended up with a new Top Prop, 1-pc belly, etc.  Tanks professionally done recently.  I can't remember the rest of the details right now nor do I know what the price will be, but it is a good plane.
