Does anyone know if the laser gear set is all you need for rigging the gear on the 20C? It has one tool for the nose and one for the mains. My mechanic seems to think that I need two main gear tools to rig the gear. Can anyone shed some light one this?

Aircraft is based at 20GA and will NOT be re-located since me and the new partner are close to the current airport. Looking to sell each share at $12,500. Monthly cost at the current airport would be $200 a month per share and a run cost of $35 an hour. Gas is currently $3.58 a gallon. Also, the airport has a mechanic on site that does the work on the plane.Current insurance requires the following, IR rating, 750 total time, 150 in retracts, and 10 hours in make and model. If you do not have this a checkout by a CFI that meets this requirement is required. If you have any other questions let me know.

Hey Everyone, Just put a deposit down on a Mooney I am looking to buy. So naturally I thought this would be the place to find a CFI to get some training on it. The aircraft is based at PDK currently. It will need relocating to 20GA. (hour drive west of PDK) I have not gotten the insurance requirements yet for it but I am sure I am looking at 10-20 hours of instruction. The co-owner of the plane will also need it so good opportunity for some time. This will probably be the week before Christmas for the ferry flight. And then instruction the week after. Some info on the aircraft, 1962 20C, manual gear, Garmin 430, STEC-50 auto pilot. Send me a message if you are interested.
