Is it possible to easily get onboard weather with an Ipad and some sort of XM antenna attachment yet?

I'm curious, does anybody use an M20 turbo normalizing kit on their aircraft? Thoughts? Pros/Cons? Comments? I dont know anything about it, nor am I considering one, but was just curious. I live in Boca Raton, and the lady who cuts my hair also happens to cut the hair of the woman who's late husband started the company and designed the system. She still owns and runs the company. Also sells those air/oil separators. Somehow it came up earlier in the week while she was cutting my hair. Nate

Hmm, Im looking at an airplane in the area, and I'm an A&P and previous aircraft owner but this will be my first mooney, so i wanted to do most of the prebuy myself (logbooks, engine, avionics, stuff that would be normal for every plane pre buy) and then take it to a mooney person to do an abbreviated prebuy to check the mooney specific stuff and to educate me on theses items because I will be maintaining the aircraft myself, so thats why I'm looking for someone local, and "relatively" less expensive (I had hear premier was top dollar) F45 would have been nice, but not with the extremely expensive rumor i guess...

BTW, I'm in no way knocking premier, they are a good shop from what I've been told.

Hi all, Former twin comanche owner, sold it 2 years ago and now im looking to get another bird.
