First time posting. My plane is a 1970 M20F - Electric Gear. I’m searching for a serviceable Dukes gear pressure safety switch. The photo barely shows the switch but the tubing is visible. Anyone know if this switch can be overhauled? Spoke with Mooney yesterday and there is a retrofit kit available thru LASAR. I’m waiting on an estimated delivery on the retrofit kit. My 70F wing flaps electrical schematic shows a wiring configuration that closely matches this description. Today during a preflight I discovered my wing flaps were stuck in the up position. I searched this users group and found a suggestion that seems to work. That was to thump on the baggage compartment floor. It worked. I must have “two-blocked” the actuator in the up position on my last flight/taxi. I couldn’t find the post afterwards to that him. So, Sir, Thank you!!

I asked O&N to tell me the top three installers, wrt number of kits installed, at that time. Joey Cole was one of the three and his shop worked out best for my situation. I'm located on the Gulf Coast. I'm satisfied with his workmanship. The project was completeted mid December 2007 and the integrity of the system is still solid. I elected to go with the basic system because I didn't want several more access holes cut into the wing. (just a personal preference). Hope this is helpful and hope your project has great success. Hi Rob, Joey installed the O&N fuel system in my M20F in 2007. He did a great job and so far no problems or leaks. Enjoy!
