my philosophie is to keep things short and simple. So this is the checklist I created for our M20j.
I assume you can do a runup and after landing procedure by heart. The list covers only things that may get you into trouble.
I fly the big jets as well and I am used to short checklists.

ABNORMAL CHECKLIST (LDG GEAR)
Alternate gear exentsion:
- Gear lever down
- CB-breaker pull
- Lever unlock & pull T-handle until gear indicates down
check gear down on the annunciator panel or on the green mark in the floor
CAUTION: Do not retract gear before stowing handle.
