  1. We have a Century 2000 autopilot system with several damaged connectors (especially CD 175 and CD 206) does anybody have an install manual they could email so we can repair these connectors and wiring. We need to repair/replace the literal rats nest
  2. Just check the parking brake was not on.
  3. We received a M20E (apparently) straight from annual for an avionic upgrade, and since it has been in the hangar we are constantly cleaning up a large hydraulic puddle under the belly. Being an avionic shop we need some guidance/advise on where to look. The aircraft supposed to came from annual.....but it doesn't look like this aircraft has been inspected for a long time, and the 'delivery' pilot said that the engine cut-out twice before he took off.........thoughts, comments, Thanks, Carl
  4. Can somebody point me in the right direction for a procedure for leveling the aircraft, we have CIES probes coming and the POH is pretty vague (and of course no leveling screws). According to the POH the M20E carries 52 gallons, is there unusable fuel ? Thanks, Carl
  5. Very embarrassed out that post, but thanks for the response. Carl
  6. Can you tell me what probe you used for the CARB TEMP function ? Could you also send a picture of the port on the carb (M20E). Thanks,
  7. Chuck where did you find these gain settings ?
  8. Guys, Typical what was the light used for "Master Caution" ? Thanks, Carl
  9. Configurable ground or power inputs - editable warnings - power to the G3X (rather than the power boost warning light) when the power boost is selected, editable warning caption on the G3X Display
  10. Guys, thoughts please about removing the POWER BOOST WARNING LIGHT and ALTERNATOR FAIL LIGHT and displaying those warning as discreets on the Garmin G3X display. Our second concern is that the warnings are what the aircraft was certified with, therefore have to stay in their current form (warning lights). Has anybody done this ? Thanks, Carl
  11. I need the wiring diagram for the BOOST light circuit. Thanks @Ross, Thanks for the diagram, it was a great help for GFC 500 install/avionic/panel upgrade Carl
  12. I need the wiring diagram for the BOOST light circuit. Thanks
  13. Could somebody please email the wiring diagram for a Mooney M20E power boost system Thanks, Carl
