  1. I'll explore a warning feature we might be able to build into the smart high-tech tow that might help with the nose wheel damage issue. Norm
  2. PIC of in-wheel Hub Motor
  3. 3. High energy fast charging lithium-ion battery, 4. Proprietary micro-processor-controlled motor, 5. Multi -stage planetary gearing for high torque and speed, 6. Consumes energy only during towing operations
  4. The New Mooney "Toto Tow" is high tech for several reasons. 1. High Energy Hall effect Proprietary motor 2. High Torque with over 45+ Newton Meters Moo
  5. The Tow bar we make is light weight but not folded or as short as the original small tow bar that fits in the Mooney baggage compartment. After asking around many pilots prefer their electric Tow stay in their home- based hangar as many FBO do the parking and towing on their ramps to meet their specific needs. Oshkosh always prefers to move my Mooney around...sometimes more than once. I'm open to building a collapsible version if there is a requirement and market that will cover our development costs. Thanks for your feedback. Stormin Norman
  6. Is there a market for a High End and light-weight high tech Mooney towbar? I just finished design, engineering and manufacturing of the first one. It took our team a little over two years of Beta testing and design mods. I'll upload a file later with full description. BTW, I just build this one for my personal use and spared no expense as my M20K seems to get heavier every year. Stormin Norman
  7. Beautiful Garmin upgrade and so functional. Love It! Hope you get your investment back from some lucky Owner Stormin Norman
  8. Wry nice forum and info on G5 i bought one and hung it in old Collins ADF instrument hole on my M20K works great. But I haven’t done any of the other plumbing. Sounds like for two G5’s with century autopilot (I have the century41) you are talking 30-40 man hours with all plumbing .testing and 91.411 compliance.....is $10k of my kids inheritance a good figure? Norm
