  1. I have a boom beam on my 89J model. It quit working. Are they still serviceable or do I just need to replace the whole thing?
  2. Sending the cylinders out to have them overhauled thought it would be a good idea to have the prop checked as well. It’s been on the airplane for 14 years, not having any issues with it but while the plane is down . I’m in the Indianapolis Indiana area. Is there a good place in the Midwest to send it to? it is a Macauley 2 blade.
  3. The red plastic cover on my master switch broke. Where is the best place to find a replacement?

  8. I have a 1989J with brakes on both sides. Can’t seem to get the left side bled properly. Right side is fine. Any tricks that anybody has come across to bleed the brakes?

  12. It’s the bolt for the nose gear.Laser has had them on order since July and still waiting. So I am looking for another source.
  13. I am looking for a NAS6607-72D bolt. This is hard to find. Anybody have a good source for NAS bolts?
  14. I countersunk the top of the rams so they fit perfectly into the cone style jack mounts. The collars are a good safety idea and won’t scar the shaft. When fully retracted they only have to be raised about 1 inch to come into contact with the jack points. Then another 1.5 for the gear retract test
  15. They are 3 ton 24” jacks from Harbor Freight. I paid $50 each for them
  16. I couldn’t see paying big$ so fabricated these up since the annual is due soon. Fairly inexpensive to do and long over do.
