  1. Rigging tool, used 5 times at each annual, 5 years old. Near new. $250.00 plus shipping. Will take credit cards through my business at 3% mark up. Text only for faster reply 916-200-9674.
  2. A new set of 2 Grove Master Brake Cylinders for sale. Bought them never installed, then sold the plane. Part number 674-2 Pin to pin 8" long, cross drilled, Upper attachment Clevis. Fits M20C Model. 200.00 each 400.00 total price, sold as a set of 2 one for each pedal Pilots side only. Paid 299.00 each plus tax from Aircraft Spruce.
  3. Just do a spot repair. I can do it yourself with an A&P looking over your shoulder. It's not hard just takes time. You can get the stuff at Aircraft Spruce.
  4. This can happen to an unbalanced tire.
  5. Damn that's high. They must have looked at it and said I need to pay for a week vacation in Hawaii. So it's going to be 41,000. You know I have to pay for that 700 per day rental car in Hawaii. Try Corona aircraft engines at Corona airport they are very fair.
  6. Mine is a o-360 and anything over 6 Qts. ends up on the belly.
  7. That's a good price for that plane. 1350 SMOH that's nothing. You can go past TBO with good compressions. My friends plane went to 2478 before overhauling it. The plane never sat more than a week without flying and it was in a hanger.
  8. I'm one of those people sitting on the side lines waiting to see what happens. I have a '68 M 20 C with an Aspen 1000 pro and 2 Garmin 430's. I would like to install Dynon 2 10" screens (like pilot 101 has) I also have more money in the plane than it's worth the plus side is I know everything that's done on the plane. It's my hobby and plane for life. I'm sure there are crazy people out there just like me putting more money into the plane than it's worth. When the auto pilot comes out many more Mooney drivers will pony up the money for this just like me.
  9. Damn, both pilot and passenger have shoulders harnesses and no using them.
  10. I almost have that problem, when I get close to the airport ATC gives me instructions that's the time my wife is screaming in the head set and I can't hear ATC
  11. Just overhauled mine at American Propeller in Redding just a few days ago. 3 Blade is very smooth. They used this new grease which I looked on line to try to get and couldn't find any for sale. It's NYCO GN3058 white in color. It looks like a new kind of grease.
  12. Got my tube at Aircraft Spruce a year ago just to have on hand and when I needed it, just recently discovered it had a leak in it before putting it in the new nose tire ( Manufacture defect) Note to self check the tube as soon as you get them. Aircraft Spruce will not take them back if a year old. $99.00 lesson learned the hard way.
