  1. HTML kid...if you are on the west coast, I know a private instructor. My first license was in a Mooney and all time was with him. He has a 66 M20E. He is very thorough, very professional and teaches by the numbers. LRN2FLY@gmail.com. Sam Lindsay. Tell him Bob sent you. If you are still looking for an A/C, I have a '66 M20E that I am considering selling. 1700 SMOH & POH. Interior is not the prettiest thing and the paint is not the best either. But, I fly it from VNC to OPF 4-5 days a week for work. $8k annual in May (new fuel pump, prop gov, magnetos, Cleveland brakes, tires and more). Let me know if you're interested
  2. $40,000 Engine currently has 1650. Since I fly it almost daily that will be going up.
  3. I have a 66 M20E Super 21 with some decent mods. I am upgrading to a J. I bought the E last May and use it to commute daily from KVNC to KOPF. Nice plane, I just got my annual bonus and the J would save me 15-20 minutes each way. Here's a link from when I bought it last year and what I have done so far: https://mooneym20e.webs.com/detailsspecs.htm Annual May 2018 new electric fuel pump new fuel and oil lines 2 new magnetos Sarasota avionics went through the Kings and resealed the cowl. All log books. I am the third owner (1 year for me) PJ's air service (phil jimenez) does the maintenance.
