thanks I found it. Nothing came out when I pushed it so perhaps all the water evaporated/drained as I was flying. I will try again this weekend.

Hello, I own an M20K 231, yesterday I went flying and while I was climbing with the autopilot the place was porpoising up to about 5K and then it stopped. Altitude hold was fine and after landing in auburn, took off climbed again and not porpoising. After much research looks like I may have water in the static line ( didn't try the alternate as I didn't know at that time the problem). Perhaps the water drained or evaporated but reading the manual looks like I have a static port drain. I am so sorry but can someone send me a pic of where it is? I noticed a port by the static under the tail so I am assuming that's the one and how do I drain it? thank you so much

I just talked to bob, he will overhaul it in 2-3 for 1750 + 2 years warranty, I will go that route. thank you sir

yeah it seems that way. I may go down the route of overhauling the KI 256. I had a G5 in my V-tail, I wasn't really loving it the 275 maybe a different story

gotcha that sucks LOL I heard the waiting period is months. I may as well place an order now

Hello, I have a M20K 231 with an KFC 150, yesterday I noticed the plane was on a slow climb when in altitude mode and realized the KI was stuck pitch down ( I was able to reference the backup attitude). flew it manually and eventually it went back to normal. It may be time to overhaul or upgrade to a G5, any thoughts? thank you
