Thanks for posting this.  It reminds me that most bad weather accidents are investigated the next day on bright sunshine.  The new products and services on the market make it incredibly difficult to unknowingly launch into bad weather, and so much easier to justify to yourself, passengers and any other pressure you might be experiencing to wait it out.  Not only that, its usually only a few hours wait, or very clear that tomorrow might be a better day.  

Yet there are so many pilots without this technology....
