It is all standard ¾” galvanized plumbing pipe.   10” for the wheel, 12” for the handle, 60” for the main part, 24” (could be shorter) for the part mounted to the hitch, 2 bolts, 2 end caps,  one 90 degree elbow, a tee fitting, and a hitch.

Paint it red and it will look official, great idea. I like it.

I thought the same thing but my landing gear needs the paint more than the tow bar and I wouldn't want it to be jealous!
